Records must be kept for at least 5 years.

For small premises, this could be in hard copy, retained in the Site Log.

Alternatively, we offer web hosting, where records are kept electronically, available only to the Client and ourselves.

This system manages all aspects of your control system as identified by Risk Assessment.

For example, monthly temperature monitoring is entered via PDA. Any nonconformities are advised back to you. Remedial action taken is entered into the system. You receive e-mailed reminders when tasks are due.

In short, statutory requirements for record keeping and auditable control measures are all in one place.

Where you have no problems whatsoever, it demonstrates that preventative procedures are in place, a requirement in itself.
